Who are we?

Jessica de Bruijn and Walter van Gulik. We both grew up in Bodegraven (the Netherlands). Walter has experience in the hospitality industry and has run his own restaurant and café for 10 years. Jessica successfully completed the Hotel School and Event Management courses. After years of dreaming of starting our own business on Curaçao, we decided in 2013 to look for a beautiful complex to rent out apartments. In 2015 we succeeded and started renting out two studios and three apartments, located on Kaya Vivaldi 31. In 2019 we came across another paradise and after a 3-month renovation we also started renting out 3 luxury apartments. These apartments are located on Kaya Vivaldi 16. We take great pleasure in ensuring that our guests experience an unforgettable holiday.
